Rixos Pera Istanbul Hotel

I always return for a city break. The staff's help with plug adaptors at my first stay made an impression. This place suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, fitness studio, spa. It's my go-to choice with no regrets.

The suite at Rixos Pera Istanbul is absolutely stunning! The mix of classic and modern design creates a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. As a wheelchair user, I found the spaciousness and accessibility of the room to be extremely accommodating.

I personally found the central air conditioning to be a bit loud. However, I understand that others may not mind it.

The location was strategic, just a short stroll away from Taksim Square. The buffet breakfast was rich and above average, lots of options.

Every part of it was very good, I loved location and staff. I was there for 7 nights and ate at garden restaurant on top floor. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed and included a clean bathroom a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bathrobes.

Unfortunately internet was terrible.

We loved the central location close to Taksim Square, making it easy to access public transport and the city's attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were absolutely stunning. As a senior woman, I found the elegant and timeless design to be comforting and soothing. The accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with spacious and well-lit corridors, comfortable seating areas, and easy-to-navigate facilities, ensuring a delightful experience for those with different mobility needs.

I would ask for clearer signage to help the children of the staff guide senior guests to their rooms more easily.

The wifi at the hotel was quite poor, making it difficult to stay connected. the lack of a swimming pool in the spa was a bit disappointing, as it would have been a nice amenity to have during a city break.

Booked a room with pleasant views, and the staff were decent people from the receptionists. The bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was beautiful.

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Pera! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. Special shoutout to Omer, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and give me great advice on exploring the city. The team, including the relationship supervisor and manager, constantly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. They even changed my room within 10 minutes of my request! The hotel's central location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place for its excellent hospitality and professionalism.

The hotel was cozy and fairly clean, its location was perfect close to everything, good service. Non-smoking room with extremely comfy beds. We had a buffet breakfast which was extremely tasty.

There were non-smoking & brand-new rooms available. It was very central and close to Demiroren Shopping Mall. Our stay was a very nice experience.

The hotel's location couldn't be better, very close to shopping areas and many attractions, with easy access to public transport. The rooms are well-decorated and the bathrooms are stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very varied and tasty, and there are several restaurants in the hotel.

The hotel doesn't offer room service.

Nice and spacious rooms, convenient location for dining and shopping. I had a great stay even though there was some noise from a nearby night club. The hotel staff suggested I move to a different building for a quieter room and it was very helpful. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Era Lounge, a place where deluxe moments come to life, amused us with soft drinks that were as refreshing as a cool breeze on a hot summer day. The patisserie selections were like sweet melodies to our taste buds, leaving us longing for an encore.

Housekeeping inconsistency.

A pub with a big drink menu, a lounge with soft drinks and pastries, a restaurant with authentic mezzes and kebaps, a trendy spot with global flavors and wines, business center. Wonderful!

Who needs parking anyway? It's so much fun driving around in circles, honking and stressing, trying to find a spot in a crowded lot.
